Founded in 1960, the company today has more than 30 metal experts working in a 35,000 square foot workshop equipped with state-of-the-art and traditional digital equipment. Metal BF transforms steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper.

JOB TITLE :

We are looking for an operator-adjuster or an operator-adjuster to complete our team on the day shift! Under the supervision of the plant manager, the incumbent adjusts the manufacturing parameters to make the products comply with the required standards. He/she is responsible for the quality of the parts produced on the equipment assigned to him/her or on which he/she has made adjustments. Its main responsibilities are to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

› Interpret drawings and roadmaps;
› Make the required adjustments by adjusting all the machines to the correct operating conditions:
› Manufacture the parts according to the requirements and specifications of each;
› Perform secondary punching, cutting, bending, extruding and welding operations;
› Check and control the various manufacturing parameters of the parts according to the required requirements;
› Recognize the main operating problems of machines and the manufacture of parts;
› Train operators;
› Complete the documents and reports required for production and quality;
> Perform other related duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

› Have completed a study certificate in precision sheet metal or any other equivalent training or experience;
> The ability to work in a team;
› Ability to stand for long hours;
› No experience required
