Founded in 1960, the company today has more than 30 metal experts working in a 35,000 square foot workshop equipped with state-of-the-art and traditional digital equipment. Metal BF transforms steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper.

JOB TITLE :

We are looking for an operator to complete our team on the day shift! Under the supervision of the plant manager, the incumbent operates, using a plan or a template, the equipment assigned to him. Its main responsibilities are to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

› Perform the required operations according to the equipment(s) used;
› Interpret instructions;
› Use the measuring instruments made available to him (tape measure, vernier scale, micrometer, balance, etc.);
› Check and control the various manufacturing parameters to maintain the appearance, dimensions, specifications, quality of the parts according to the required requirements;
› Knowing how to recognize the main problems in the operation of machines and in the manufacture of parts
› Send the parts to the agreed locations, as needed;
› Complete the documents and reports required for production and quality;
› Properly dispose of rejects generated during production;
> Perform other related duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

> The ability to work in a team;
› Ability to stand for long hours;
› No experience required.
